Lionesses stuffed with orange cream

The ingredients 3 eggs, 125 ml of milk, 60 grams of butter, 300 grams of creamy yogurt, 100 grams of icing sugar, 5 gelatin leaves, 100 grams of orange marmalade, 4 tablespoons of orange liqueur, 5 tablespoons of orange juice , 100 grams of flour, ½ teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt. The preparation Heat the milk in a saucepan together with the butter, a pinch of salt and the normal sugar, when the preparation comes to a boil, add the previously sifted flour and stir the whole mixture well.

Reduce the heat and continue stirring until you see a dough begin to form. Transfer this dough to a large bowl and add the eggs one by one while mixing the whole mixture well.

Put this dough in a piping bag and use a narrow nozzle to form little piles on the baking tray previously lined with parchment paper. Put the tray in the oven previously preheated to 180º C for 15 minutes.

While placing the yogurt in a container and add the icing sugar, the orange liqueur, the jam and the juice. Now soak the gelatin in cold water, drain after 5 minutes and dissolve the gelatin in a little hot water.

Add the gelatin to the yogurt preparation and mix the whole mixture well. Remove the lionesses from the oven and open them in half, letting them cool for a few minutes. Now you just have to fill the lionesses with the prepared orange cream, cover them and put them in the fridge until it is time to offer the dessert to the diners.
