It looks like an ad, I know, but I also discovered it a couple of days ago and I loved it, it is so simple to cook and it is so rich, that it is a recipe worth remembering to give it to all those people we all know that, for studies or work, they live alone, and that "they are too busy"o"they are a mess in the kitchen", so that from time to time they can be cooked and eat something in conditions.
800 grams of pork sausages or sausages, 1 glass of white wine, 1 glass of meat broth, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 pinch of nutmeg, 1 pinch of oregano, salt.
Prick the sausage with a fork and put it in a saucepan with the broth, wine, spices, cheese and a pinch of salt.
We cook them, without covering the saucepan for approximately 20 or 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the sausage, until the sausage is cooked and the sauce has thickened.

The sausage in wine must be served hot.
