Peanut butter muffins and chocolate chips, an amazing recipe for breakfast or snack

I have special memories of the first time I tried peanut butter there a thousand years ago.   • Milk 30 g
  • Wheat flour 100 g
  • Chemical yeast 8 g
  • Chocolate chips 125 g

We heat the oven to 190º with heat up and down without air. Beat the peanut butter, butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the lightly beaten egg and milk and beat until everything is united.

We pour the sifted flour with the yeast and mix with the spatula. Finally we add the chocolate chips so that they are distributed throughout the mass. Pour the dough into the cupcake molds and bake for about 15 minutes.

The baking time will depend on the size of the capsules. Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack, or as I said below, freshly made are great with the chocolate still melted, so I leave this step to your choice.
