Weekly menu from June 10 to 16
Today Monday again we bring you our weekly menu with a variety of ideal dishes on these hot days, in which we want fresh and quick dishes to prepare and not have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, enjoying our first beach days to the fullest.
Also football days and meetings with friends around the television and where appetizers and simple dishes like the selection of them that we have brought you, and that help us to better carry the games and have a pleasant time in good company.
This week we offer you many salads that help mitigate the high temperatures. So we have prepared this wide variety for you to choose the combinations that you like the most:
- Roasted pumpkin and arugula salad with balsamic dressing
- Moroccan Eggplant Salad
- Zucchini and Iberian ham salad with sweet and sour dressing
- Briof salad or Romanian Russian salad with chicken
Nor can we forget a classic that Pakus brought us, such as this traditional Andalusian gazpacho recipe, although if you are one of those who take bread and wet you will also love this camembert cheese cream, ideal for dipping.
In the meat section, this week my colleagues have agreed on the pork tenderloin, a common meat in our butchers and at a good price, and thus they present us two delicious-looking recipes, on the one hand, pork tenderloin with couscous and escarole salad and a seasonal pork tenderloin with cherry sauce.
We finished with our chapter on sweets, for breakfast and a snack, my partner Liliana has prepared us some delicate lavender pastries and María José a fantastic donut cake, a recipe that has become a temptation that will soon enter my oven. And for dessert nothing better than the finishing touch that chocolate offers, with this most appetizing spiced chocolate mousse.
