Yogurt and banana mousse with Zoco gelée
To enjoy a sweet and refreshing dessert we have prepared a Yogurt and Banana Mousse with Gelée de Zoco. It is a very quick and easy dessert to make, you just have to have the gelée or pacharán jelly prepared in advance.
The ingredients 120 milliliters of pacharán Zoco, 40 milliliters of water, 5 grams of agar-agar powder (we use Pronagar), 2 bananas, 1 natural yogurt, 2 egg whites, 5-6 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, a pinch of salt and a few chocolate shavings.
Preparation Put the water to heat and dissolve the agar-agar in it, then mix it with the Souk and reserve in the fridge until it has gelled. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork, then mix them with the sugar and cinnamon. Whip the whites until stiff with a pinch of salt to keep them stable and mix gently into the banana and yogurt mixture so that the ingredients are incorporated.
Put in the bottom of the glass or glass a little gelatin from Souk, then a little mousse and finish decorating with some chocolate noodles. Reserve in the fridge until serving time. Tasting Mainly the liquor has to please, although it can be changed for a jelly of another flavor, but this combination is rich and not at all cloying. Take advantage!
