Frozen lime and cream cheese mousse: fresh recipe to look like a king

In a saucepan we pour 100 ml of juice and pulp and add the sugar, boil it for two minutes until a syrup is formed, strain it and let it cool for twenty minutes.

Once the time of the ice cream or freezer is over, put the cream in a pastry bag with a curled nozzle and fill the shells or the chosen containers. We leave it again in the freezer for fifteen minutes and serve quickly.
