Mozzarella, avocado and tomato, a salad
We could also call it an Italian salad, its ingredients say it all, but I prefer these mozzarella, avocado and tomato, that is, a salad. Of the simplest thing, what is going to give it the different touch is going to be the pesto.
Ingredients: 6 tomatoes, 600 grams of mozzarella and 2 avocados. For the pesto: 100 grams of basil leaves, 50 grams of grated Parmesan and 1 deciliter of oil.
preparation: We cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella into slices; Peel the avocados, rub them with lemon, make slices and alternate the three ingredients on a plate. Chop and put the basil in the blender, cover it with oil and crush. Once out of the blender, we add the Parmesan and mix well, we just have to sprinkle the salad with the pesto and eat.
