Yogurt and paprika chicken drumsticks: easy recipe
I must admit that one of the ingredients that we like to cook the most are chicken drumsticks. The smaller, the more we like them. They are perfect for roasting with spices and other ingredients that bring lots of different and fun flavors. That is why we have not been able to resist sharing with you a new version of these chicken pieces.
Today's recipe consists of some chicken drumsticks with yogurt and paprika. It is perfect for food and is quite healthy since it does not contain much fat. You can use it if you want to take care of what you eat and if you add some vegetables, as we will do here, it will be an even better dish.

- Carrot 250 g
- Plain yogurt 150 g
- Paprika powder 10 g
- Dried thyme 5 g

Place the chicken thighs, skinless, in a dish suitable for the oven, sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200ºC for about 15 minutes.
Finely chop half the onion and cut the other half into julienne strips. We clean the carrots and cut them into sticks lengthwise. Mix the yogurt with the paprika and the chopped onion in a deep bowl. We stir well until integrating.
After 15 minutes of cooking the chicken, add the carrots and the julienned onion to the source. Cover and bake another 15 minutes. After this time we take the chicken out of the oven and add the yogurt and paprika preparation. Bake again uncovered 15 minutes more or until the surface of the chicken is slightly golden.

Yogurt and paprika chicken drumsticks are perfect for lunch or dinner. You can serve them with a little wheat semolina or brown rice that will combine very well with the roasted carrots that were cooked with the chicken.
