In a bowl, mix the honey, lemon juice, curry, pepper and salt until a homogeneous sauce remains. With a brush we spread this mixture on the chicken thighs on all sides.

We put them in the oven at 180ºC and leave them to cook for approximately half an hour, turning them from time to time so that they are done on all sides and taking advantage of sprinkling them with the sauce.

They should be tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. If we like, we can also give it a strong grill blow for a few minutes so that they are done well on the outside.
