Today we are going to prepare a simple recipe, the comfortable ones, the ones that come out the first time and also, the ones that don't stain anything. These are some baked chicken thighs in a roasting bag, an easy and quick recipe with which we will have practically no work in the kitchen.

Since we are going to use the condiments that come in commercial packaging, we do not have to use more products from our pantry, beyond that we want to make a garnish of sautéed vegetables or roasted potatoes, which on the other hand, we can also make within one of these roasting bags. So we take advantage of the fact that we have the oven running to save on spending. Put the oven to preheat to 190ºC that while it reaches its temperature, we will have everything ready to bake.

The roasting bags with your condiments bring everything you need to make a roast with flavor of spices and aromatic herbs without complications, quickly and easily. They are designed to roast a whole chicken, but we can also use them to roast wings, a chopped chicken or as in this case, some ham or chicken thighs. If you have leftover seasoning, you can use it to roast potatoes giving them a special touch.

To prepare the recipe, simply insert today's chicken or thighs into the bag, add the condiments supplied by the manufacturer and shake a little so that the herbs and spices are distributed well over all the pieces and are not concentrated in one of them. It is convenient to add some vegetables that will release their juices and aromas, enriching the sauce and the flavor of the chicken.

In this recipe I added a julienned onion, half an eggplant and some carrots cut into tacos, putting everything with the thighs in the bag and the seasonings. Once everything is inside, we close the bag tightly, we make a few holes so that the steam can escape and we place it on the baking tray inside a dish suitable for baking and cook for approximately an hour and a half, so that the chicken meat is well made inside.

The good thing is that when cooked inside the bag, the meat does not dry out even in long cookings.Then, to give it the usual golden and crisp appearance, we can take the chicken out of the bag, collecting the juices in the dish and put it back in the oven without the bag gratin for churning the skin for a few minutes.
