Spinach nests with feta and poached egg

The ingredients 1 kilo of spinach (can be frozen), 150 grams of feta cheese, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 eggs, freshly ground black pepper, olive oil and salt.
The preparation Cook the spinach with a little salt, meanwhile, peel and chop the garlic and toast the sesame seeds in an ungreased pan.
Prepare the eggs for further processing, put a large square of plastic wrap in a cup, pour a few drops of olive oil and then crack the egg inside, salt and pepper and close the film making a bag that contains the egg, trying not to air remains inside and closing with kitchen string. Do the same with the rest of the eggs.In a frying pan with a little oil, sauté the garlic, when they begin to brown add the spinach very well drained, also add the sesame seeds, the soy sauce and freshly ground black pepper. Next, crumble the feta cheese and add it to the spinach, fry for 3 or 4 more minutes, mixing the ingredients well.
Heat a saucepan with water, when it starts to boil, introduce the sachets with the eggs, depending on the size of the saucepan, one by one, two by two or all at once. After four minutes of the clock, remove them, although you can leave them for one more minute if you want them a little more done.
Make a nest of spinach on the plates, the plating ring is very useful, otherwise you can use a cup and then carefully make the hole with the pestle.
Cut the string from the bags and put the poached egg in each nest. Accompany with some vegetable crudités and a flavored oil.
