This recipe for broccoli and chicken noodles has been a huge discovery for my son and can help you with yours. Until now, he had never tried broccoli and when he found it mixed with chicken and noodles, he has been encouraged and from now on we have incorporated another vegetable to his repertoire. That is why I say that these noodles are ideal to introduce more vegetables into the diet of our children.
If you do not have oriental noodles, you can make this same recipe with any long pasta of your choice, noodles, spaghetti and of course you can substitute chicken or turkey breast, pork loin tape or even a fish if you prefer not to eat meat at this time.

We will start by blanching the broccoli. To do this, we remove the saplings with a knife and boil them for 3 minutes in salted water. We immediately cool them in ice water to cut cooking and leave them with a nice deep green color.
Meanwhile, we cut a chicken fillet into strips and sauté it in a very hot pan, with two tablespoons of olive oil and a teaspoon (optional) of sesame oil. Once it takes color, we add a drizzle of soy sauce and sauté over high heat.
We incorporate the broccoli trees that we had cooked and sauté the whole, while the noodles are cooked in a saucepan with plenty of water with a handful of salt. We follow the manufacturer's instructions, and drain well as soon as they are cooked.
We serve the noodles on a platter and on them we arrange the chicken and broccoli pieces well distributed. As soon as we have it well mixed, we take it to the table immediately to serve it very hot.
