And today's second recipe, after the provolone-stuffed piquillos starter, can be, for example, this recipe for noodles with paprika chicken.

It is a recipe a bit fusion, Chinese noodles (delicious, by the way). Chicken sautéed simply with mushrooms could be a household recipe but the paprika theme gives it a certain Arabic or Turkish touch because of the "paprika" theme. I think I love this recipe.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 350 g of noodles, 2 chicken breasts, 200 g of mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 green pepper, 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika, 200 ml of cream, freshly ground black pepper and salt.

How to make paprika chicken noodles

We start by preparing the ingredients. Cut the chicken breasts into strips, the clean mushrooms into slices and the onion and green pepper finely chopped.

We sauté everything together in a casserole. While we put the water to heat with salt where we will cook the noodles for 4 minutes (or the time set by the manufacturer)

When it takes color, add the paprika to the casserole. We stir a few seconds and add the cream. We let reduce.

Tasting

We serve the noodles and on top or scrambled the chicken with paprika. If you want, you can add a little chopped chives to give a fresh touch to the dish at the table.
