If you want to make up for the absence of iron and calcium in your vegan diet, with this smoothie you can achieve it, since the combination of almond milk, spinach, peanut butter, kale and chia allows us to obtain a smoothie concentrated in these nutrients that we should never neglect when we eliminate all foods of animal origin from the diet.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, a handful of baby spinach, a handful of kale leaves, 1 cup of frozen blackberry mix, 1 ½ tablespoon of natural peanut butter, 1 teaspoon maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of seeds chia.
Preparation: Wash and disinfect the kale and spinach leaves. In a high powered food processor, place the blackberries, peanut butter, chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, spinach, and kale. Blend until all the ingredients are undone and have a homogeneous consistency.

Preparation: Wash and disinfect the chard leaves and coriander. In the glass of a food processor, place the chard leaves, papaya, pineapple, coriander, coconut water, dates, spirulina powder and lemon juice. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Drink immediately.

Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup firm tofu, 1/8 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional), ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon ground ginger, 1- 2 teaspoons of agave honey.
Preparation: Place all the ingredients in a food processor glass or in a blender. Beat for 30 seconds or until you get a homogeneous mixture. Taste and sweeten to taste. Refrigerate before consuming.
