New university degree: Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy from the Francisco de Vitoria University
The university training offer related to gastronomy continues to expand. On this occasion, the Francisco de Vitoria University, which already had the Le Cordon Bleu facilities at its headquarters, created a Bachelor's degree in International Gastronomy, in collaboration with the famous French cooking school.
The Degree is not only a Haute Cuisine course, but a higher university degree, related to the degree of ADE (Business Administration and Management), which will logically be focused on the administration and management of gastronomic and hotel companies.
The Francisco de Vitoria University, taking advantage of the great international moment that Spanish gastronomy is experiencing, has designed this Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy to train its students when they graduate to perform managerial functions in the fields of hospitality, restoration and the food industry or tourism .
On the one hand, they will be given technical knowledge of a career in Business Administration and Management, business management and languages, and on the other hand, technical training in Haute cuisine, taught at Le Cordon Bleu Madrid.
The university degree will be completed with more international training as it will require students to take two semesters at universities and partner schools abroad, to make international training complete.
