Araiz 2004 payments for double entry

Desserts

Today, March 6, Alimentaria begins, and as I mentioned yesterday, many wineries take the opportunity to present their novelties at Salón Intervin, the Alimentaria section dedicated to wines and spirits. Once again we are talking about a young winery, Pagos de Araiz, which presents its first two wines: Pagos de Araiz 2004 Tinto and Pagos de Araiz 2004 Rosado. I hope to have the opportunity to try them soon, since at least the rosé is preceded by good reviews, since the Peñín Sibaritas Guide has rated it as excellent, giving it 90 points

Here are the main characteristics of each wine (Information provided by the winery itself): Araiz Tinto 2004 payments Varieties.- Tempranillo 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Merlot 10% Crianza.- Three months in American, Central European and French oak barrels. Tasting Notes.- Cherry red, well covered with violet hues. Complex aroma, rich in fruit expression with intense memories of blackberry, raspberry and forest fruits, assembled with toasted and smoked sensations typical of its time in the barrel. On the palate with personality, structured and intense, ripe fruit and sweetness reappear, a balanced mid palate with great persistence and hints of caramel, toffee and roasted notes. Optimum consumption temperature: 18 ºC

Araiz Rosado 2004 payments Varieties.- Garnacha 70%, Tempranillo 30% Tasting Notes.- Vivid raspberry color, powerful aroma with fruit and varietal expression, notes of strawberries, citrus, aniseed and nuances of fine herbs. Harmonious. On the palate with a wide entry, fat, full-bodied, lively and balanced acidity, expression of ripe and fresh fruit. Persistent aftertaste and good memories. Optimum consumption temperature: 8 ºC
