Desserts

A very suggestive combination is the one that we can enjoy with the chocolate cakes with figs and walnuts. A recipe that offers a rich conjugation of flavors without complications when preparing it.

The ingredients 160 grams of dark chocolate, 190 grams of butter, 150 grams of sugar, a little bit of bitter cocoa, 50 grams of peeled walnuts, 4 ripe figs, 1 little fresh ginger, 80 grams of flour and 3 eggs.

The preparation Melt the chopped chocolate in a bain-marie, then remove and add 160 grams of butter to the saucepan and stir with a wooden spoon until you obtain a homogeneous cream. Separate the yolks from the whites and lower the yolks together with the sugar until you get a fine cream, then add the chocolate mixture to the yolks while stirring until you see that both preparations have been incorporated.

Peel and finely chop the ginger and add it to the chocolate mixture. In a bowl, whip the whites to the point of snow and add them to the preparation of the yolks with chocolate with enveloping movements.

Also add the previously sifted flour to the preparation. You are ready to prepare the cakes, now it is enough to grease four individual and removable molds with the remaining butter and fill them with the prepared dough.

Smooth the surface of the four filled molds and bake in the oven previously preheated at 210º for 15 minutes or until you check that the dough has already cooked. Help yourself with the stick trick.

Remove the cakes from the oven and unmold them on the serving plates, sprinkle the bitter cocoa over them and decorate by topping each cake with a quartered fig and sprinkle the previously chopped nuts over the preparation.

The tasting This delicious dessert is ideal for a holiday that, in addition to decorating your table, will leave a good taste of your good work in the diners.
