Mussels pate and ham and cheese rolls, ideal to get out of trouble
I leave you two very simple recipes to use when someone visits us, very easy to prepare, delicious and as starters they are very good. Let's go with the first: the mussel pate.
Ingredients: 1 can of canned mussels, 4 small cheeses "el caserío" or to taste.
preparation: We crush the mussels and the 4 small cheeses with the minipimer or similar and that's it, it is served with toasted bread or potato chips where we will spread this pate.
The ham and cheese rolls are also very easy.
Ingredients: Rather thick slices of ham and "Gervais" type cheese.
preparation: We spread the cheese on a slice of ham, roll it up and wrap it in aluminum foil and put it in the freezer. To serve it, we will defrost it fifteen minutes before serving and cut it into slices.
