Garlic-brown sugar crusted chicken breast, a recipe for finger licking (literally)

We start by placing the chicken breast in a pan with cold water and the tablespoon of coarse salt. We let the salt dissolve well and let it rest for about 15 minutes. At the end of this time we remove the breast from the water, dry it with an absorbent paper, put it back in an ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper.
Chop the garlic cloves and put them to fry over low heat in a pan with the butter. After a couple of minutes we add the brown sugar and oregano. We mix well leaving in the fire an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
We cover the chicken breast of this preparation and then put it in a hot oven at 180ºC for about 25 to 30 minutes. I recommend that from time to time remove the refractory from the oven and re-coat the breast with the garlic preparation.
