Chicken breast in chipotle chili sauce: recipe

To start we are going to marinate the chicken and for this we will put the lemon juice in a bowl along with two chopped chipotle peppers, two tablespoons of the chili marinade, a finely chopped garlic clove, the chopped onion and salt to taste. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, cover and refrigerate for about two hours.
At the end of this time we separate the chicken breasts from the marinade. We put the chicken in a pan with a little hot oil and cook them for about three minutes, over medium heat, on both sides.
We empty the marinade in a blender, add the milk and act for a minute until we have a homogeneous sauce. When the breasts are well sealed on both sides, add the chipotle sauce, cover the pan and cook for about 20 minutes at medium intensity.
