We make a marinade with soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and a little black pepper. We open the chicken breast and brush well with the previous mixture. Roll up on itself and wrap with two layers of plastic wrap, which is well closed.
We heat abundant water in a saucepan and, when it begins to boil, we introduce the chicken breast roll inside. We cook over moderate heat for ten minutes, turn off the heat, cover and let the chicken temper in the saucepan for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the leftover marinade in a frying pan over low heat until halved and get a thick sauce. Take the chicken out of the water and wait for it to cool to remove the wrapper. We laminate and brush on all sides with the sauce.
We serve, cold or hot, sprinkling the chicken with chopped fresh chives and sesame seeds, white rice, vegetables or any other garnish to our liking.
