Recipe for chicken breasts with mustard and honey gratin with bacon and mushrooms


It is rare the week in which at least one dish with chicken breasts does not enter the menus at home. I always say that there are a thousand ways to cook them, although it is true that sometimes, with the daily bustle, I fall into repeating the same recipes. That's why I start trying new ideas as soon as I see them, like this recipe with mustard and honey, au gratin with bacon and mushrooms.

It is a very simple way to cook this lean meat but it adds much more flavor. As the author of the recipe explains, a good marinade works wonders. The breasts finish cooking in the oven under a layer of mushrooms, bacon and cheese, although I think any other vegetable would also be delicious.
