Baked chicken breasts with Morbier cheese. Recipe

To start the recipe we are going to cut the chicken breasts in two horizontally without separating the halves. Once this is done we will season each breast with salt, pepper and herbs de Provence. We cut cheese slices to which we remove the scab. We put them on the chicken. We adjust the seasoning with a little salt and fold each breast.
Now wrap the stuffed chicken with a slice of ham. To fix the set well we help ourselves with some wooden sticks. Sprinkle paprika over the ham to give it a different colorful touch. Bake at 180ºC for about 25 minutes. We serve hot.
