The Moorish chicken pintxo with yogurt and cheese sauce that I present to you is a different and fun way to eat our main dish.Not all the appetizers have to be to have the cane at noon.
Ingredients for 6 pintxos
- For the chicken pintxo we will need: 1 chicken breast, black pepper, a pinch of cayenne powder, three tablespoons of sweet paprika, a tablespoon of oregano and olive oil.
- For the yogurt and cheese sauce we will need: 75 grams of Greek yogurt, 150 grams of cream cheese, 1 spring onion, two tablespoons of chopped chives.
Making the yogurt and cheese sauce
Chop the chives and chives, they are very fine.
We mix the yogurt and cream cheese. Then we add the chives and chives. We finish mixing and reserve.
Preparation of the Moorish chicken pintxo
