Oreo mummy lollipops, Halloween recipe

Halloween night is approaching and for all of you who celebrate this party we are giving you some fun ideas of presentation of dishes to make your most terrifying, or at least, more fun. These Oreo mummy lollipops are really nice for children, so don't stop making them for them.

I have seen the idea in several American blogs, in quite a few to tell the truth, so I have not been guided by any either, since just looking at the result you can guess how to do it. As eyes, if you don't have sugar, you can use some chocolate balls that are sold in all supermarkets painted with black edible marker, to make the pupil.

For 4 people

  • White chocolate 150 g
  • Sugar eyes 24

How to make Mummy Oreo lollipops

Difficulty: Easy
  • Total time 30 m
  • Elaboration 30 m

We make the assembly on baking paper or similar so as not to put all the kitchen lost of chocolate. Depending on the amount of cookies we want to make, we will use more or less chocolate. To cover and decorate six cookies I have used 150 g of white chocolate to melt. You have to work with enough chocolate to do it more comfortably.

We open the Oreo cookies and on the part of the cream we place a lollipop stick or wooden skewer. We stick with a little melted chocolate, put the lid on each cookie again and let it dry. In this way we ensure that the stick is fully attached.

We bathe each lollipop in white chocolate, drain and let dry. We can refrigerate every step to speed up the process. We melt the chocolate again carefully if it has hardened and put it in a pastry bag with a fine nozzle.

We make alternating stripes on our little mummies imitating a bandage. We carefully place the sugar eyes before the chocolate dries and keep in a cool place or refrigerated until it is time to wrap.

With what to accompany the Oreo mummy lollipops

These mummy Oreo lollipops for Halloween must be kept in a cool place, or refrigerated, so that the chocolate does not spoil. We can wrap them carefully with kitchen film or also with food cellophane bags to decorate them in a more attractive way.
