White pizza with mushrooms and caramelized onion. Recipe
To read this recipe, the first thing is not to be hungry. The second is to put on a bib. I say it because I who am writing the post now, I am hungry and I am drooling remembering how delicious the white pizza with mushrooms and caramelized onion is. I just hope you like it as much as I do.
- 250 g of flour, 125 ml of warm water, 15 ml of olive oil, 7 g of dehydrated baker's yeast, salt, 125 g of small mushrooms, 100 g of caramelized onion, two tablespoons of chopped chives and 2 mozzarella balls buffalo.
Preparation of white pizza with mushrooms and caramelized onion
We start with the dough, as always. We mix all the ingredients of the dough: flour, salt, water, oil and yeast. Then we knead for about 5 minutes with energy and let it ferment until it doubles in size.
We deflate the dough a bit by patting it and we shape it on the table with a little flour. Then we put the cheese broken into pieces and well drained of water. On top we put the mushrooms from which we will have removed the foot and fill them with the caramelized onion. We finish by sprinkling a little chives on top.
Bake at 190 ºC for about 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
