Well, this is exactly what has happened to me, I had to cook something express, so neither cut nor lazy in fifteen minutes I had a dessert prepared, fast and without staining pots, some delicious baked bananas with rum and almonds.
You can also make this recipe to use the residual heat after making a meat or roast in the oven, while you finish the dish you have practically the dessert prepared. This time the roasted bananas, unlike the usual, are baked with their skin, this will turn dark, but do not worry, your fruit will be tender and full of flavor.

While in a frying pan add the butter and half a teaspoon of sugar and lightly toast the almond granillo. In case you already buy it toasted this step you can do without it. We heat the rum for a few seconds in the microwave.
Once the bananas come out of the oven we open them removing the upper half of the peel, we put them in a platter and add the rum on top, flambé and sprinkle with the almond granillo. We serve quickly accompanied by an English cream.
