Baked chicken with beer

I am excited about this recipe for baked chicken with beer, because the result is delicious and more considering how easy it is to prepare. The meat is very juicy and the resulting sauce is spectacular.

How to Make Baked Chicken with Beer

We start by cleaning the chicken well with water inside and out, to remove any remaining dirt. We dry it with kitchen paper and with the help of a blowtorch we burn all the fluff and feathers it may have. We preheat the oven to 200º

We sprinkle it generously with olive oil and lemon juice, and then sprinkle it with salt, pepper, and also generously with the aromatic herbs. When the oven is hot, we introduce it and let it cook for half an hour (15 minutes on each side).

After this time, we water it with the beer, lower the temperature to 180º and roast it for about 50 minutes, turning it from time to time. We raise the temperature again to 200ºC and leave it for about five or ten minutes so that the skin is completely golden, although carefully so that it does not burn.

With which to accompany the baked chicken with beer

The ideal is to serve this chicken in the oven with beer right after taking it out of the oven, but if you want to prepare it in advance you can heat it ten minutes before bringing it to the table. Serve it with a salad of assorted lettuces and fried potatoes, not even the crumbs will be left.
