Roast chicken sitting to beer. The best roast chicken recipe

Desserts

There are many ways to enjoy a delicious roast chicken. Sometimes we do not have the possibility of preparing it at home so we end up buying it in the store. However, when we have the alternative of roasting a chicken in the comfort of our home, let us not hesitate to do so. So we can adapt it to all our culinary whims.

Today we propose a truly attractive alternative, both for its flavor and the way it is prepared, of a great chicken sitting with beer. Beer will allow us to give it an inimitable flavor. Little by little the aromas of the same will surround the chicken that will end up perfectly well cooked and tender. A marvel!

It is important that we buy a chicken that is already ready to cook, that is, it is clean of visors. When we have the chicken ready, we coat it with the olive oil. I recommend using a brush so that the oil is perfectly fine on all the chicken. Then we spread the Provencal herbs and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

We pour half of the beer into a baking dish previously covered with aluminum foil. We also cover the beer can that we put in the chicken to sit it and keep it upright. Carefully put the chicken in the oven, at 180ºC, for about 45 to 50 minutes.

With what to accompany the chicken sitting to the beer

Like any roast of this type, this delicious seated chicken with beer is best enjoyed hot accompanied by some fried potatoes or roasted vegetables. I also recommend a glass of red wine or a clear beer to fully enjoy this chick.
