It is important that we buy a chicken that is already ready to cook, that is, it is clean of visors. When we have the chicken ready, we coat it with the olive oil. I recommend using a brush so that the oil is perfectly fine on all the chicken. Then we spread the Provencal herbs and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
We pour half of the beer into a baking dish previously covered with aluminum foil. We also cover the beer can that we put in the chicken to sit it and keep it upright. Carefully put the chicken in the oven, at 180ºC, for about 45 to 50 minutes.
