Roast chicken with vinegar, turmeric and olives, the surprising dish for a family meal
I want to tell you how to prepare this roasted chicken with vinegar, turmeric and olives because it has a spectacular flavor. Cooked with this technique, the chicken is juicy and with a fluffy texture, so without a doubt you are going to pleasantly surprise the whole family.
When cooked in the oven with vinegar, the meat of the chicken is very tender and tastes similar to that of homemade pickles. That flavor gains even more, thanks to the contrast provided by the olives, garlic and parsley, making this chicken stew delicious.

We begin by placing the seasoned chicken in a baking dish, leaving the skin on top. Season with abundant ground turmeric, add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and all the vinegar.
We put the source in the oven preheated to 200ºC and let it cook for 30 minutes without turning the slices. Every ten minutes, we water with the juices so that the skin is well cooked. While the chicken is cooking we prepare the mixture of olives, garlic and parsley, all very chopped.
