This creamy chicken with paprika from La Vera is an express dish distantly inspired by the famous Hungarian dish of Gulash. In fact I have taken the use of cream and paprika as a base to flavor this quick chicken that gets you out of trouble, let's say it is a goulash for lazy days. Instead of using the Hungarian paprika I have opted to use one of my favorite condiments: the paprika from La Vera, in this case "sweet", whose slightly smoky taste serves as a final touch to many recipes, giving the dish a point between a Little spicy but above all, a very personal aroma and flavor that can only be achieved with this paprika with designation of origin.

Ingredients for 4 people

    We cut the chicken breast fillets into cubes of about 2cm so that the chicken cooks quickly and our recipe is really an express recipe. Peel and finely laminate the garlic. Next we place a thick frying pan on the fire.

    We throw a splash of oil and when it begins to be hot, we begin to brown the garlic slices for no more than a few seconds taking care that they do not burn too much. Only when they start to brown, we toss the chicken cubes and sauté everything over high heat for 2 or 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Pour in the white wine and reduce the heat. Let it evaporate and reduce the alcohol for about 4 minutes. We crumble the broth tablet and mix it with the chicken and its juice. Add the liquid cream and stir with the wooden spoon so that everything blends well. We try and if necessary, correct salt and pepper.

    Let it cook for about 5 more minutes and add the dried rosemary leaves. At the last minute we add the sweet Vera paprika, and remove from the heat. If it is not strong enough for our taste, we add half a tablespoon of dessert more of the sweet paprika.
