Baked spicy chicken and sausage. Simple recipe for fall
Today we are going to prepare one of those typical cold season recipes that allow us to enjoy many rich, rustic and uncomplicated flavors. The "all-inclusive" stews have the advantage of being an alternative for the meal of the week. They do not require many preparation steps and are generally quite pocket-friendly.
The recipe that we are going to prepare next is that of a spicy baked chicken and sausage stew. To give it a different twist we will use a Mexican hot sauce called Valentina sauce. You can find it in almost all the Mexican product sections of many supermarkets. If you can't find it you can replace it with the typical one Tabasco sauce which will also give you a very good taste.

We are going to ** cut the chicken breast and the sausage into cubes. Then we clean the potatoes and place them, with the skin in an ovenproof dish. We cut the broccoli florets so that they are not very large. In the same way we devein the pepper and cut it into pieces of a size similar to everything else. We do the same with the onion. We arrange all the ingredients in the refractory in which we put the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
In a bowl we are now going to vigorously mix the olive oil with the cumin, paprika, the minced garlic, salt, pepper and the Valentina or Tabasco sauce (we can adjust the amount and reduce it if we do not like the spicy). When these ingredients are well integrated, empty the preparation into the refractory and stir. We place in a hot oven, at 180ºC, for about 35 to 40 minutes.
