Condensed milk and lemon popsicles, a recipe that you cannot stop making

Although we can eat them throughout the year, the season of ice cream, popsicles and all kinds of desserts and refreshing sweets is officially launched. If you want to remember childhood flavors, we invite you to make these condensed milk and lemon popsicles.

The sweet of condensed milk, which provides an extra creaminess to the pole, with the slightly acid touch of the lemon, makes these poles very rich, but refreshing at the same time. Since they are very creamy and have no ice, you can give them perfectly to the little ones.

For 10 units
  • Whole milk 400 ml
  • Condensed milk 300 g
  • Lemon juice 70 ml

How to make pops of condensed milk and lemon

Difficulty: easy
  • Total time 10 m
  • Elaboration 10 m
  • Repose 4 h

In a jar we pour in this order the whole milk, the condensed milk and the lemon juice. We stir well with some rods until we have a homogeneous cream and the condensed milk has completely dissolved.

We pour carefully, or with the help of a funnel, the mixture in the pole molds and freeze for at least four hours, or better overnight. To unmold the poles we can pass the mold under the stream of tap water for a few seconds.

What to accompany the condensed milk and lemon lollies

The condensed milk and lemon lollies do not need anything more than to take them very fresh, just taken out of the freezer. They are very creamy so do not be afraid that they will be excessively cold. Nor do they create ice crystals when frozen, so they are perfect!
