Tricolor dessert of red berries and ice cream, refreshing recipe for hot days
The spring-summer desserts are a delight since they are made much faster than when you spend an hour baking a cake and they are also much richer, for my taste. This tricolor red berry ice cream dessert is my version of a magazine recipe.
If you like more you can use other fruits and another flavor of ice cream. In this case, it was also a matter of combining the colors a bit, like making a kind of gradient, since we also eat with the eyes. Surely you can think of other ideas just as good. I hope you tell me.

We wash and dry the red fruits well. We put them in a saucepan and pour over the sugar. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes. After time we bring to a boil over low heat and boil for about three minutes. We remove and let cool.
We place in each presentation glass a base of red fruits, on top we place the ice cream and on it a layer of Greek yogurt, trying to make each layer the same thickness more or less. Decorate with mint and some whole fruit.
