Following the recommendation of a reader, we have not been long in trying the Murcian Wine Cheese, a Murcian Goat cheese bathed in wine from the best strains of Jumilla, as the label says.

The truth is that we loved it, a very smooth flavor that opens the palate with a subtle taste of wine. It is a white cheese, made of washed and matured pressed paste, with a 45% fat content on dry extract and a rind of the characteristic color of wine after bathing during maturation. We bought a small piece of 350 grams at a price of around 6 euros (we could not find the purchase receipt), and it has practically flown, its creamy texture to the point of salt, the pleasant taste of cheese with the balanced touch of wine, Invites you not to stop without the need for accompaniment.

We also recommend that you try it, it will probably become a regular on your cheese board.
