Recipe for chocolate casseroles with sauce

For the casseroles: 220 grams of chocolate fondant, 200 grams of butter, 4 eggs, 4 yolks, 100 grams of sugar, 50 grams of flour.
For the sauce: 100 grams of butter, 2 tablespoons of honey, 150 grams of sugar, 1/2 lemon, 150 milliliters of water.
How to make chocolate casseroles with sauce
We prepare the sauce, heating the sugar with the lemon juice in a pan, until we obtain a blond caramel. Add the hot water and let it boil for 5 minutes, without stopping stirring. We add the honey and the chopped butter. Beat with the help of a few rods until you get a sauce.
We preheat the oven to 210º C.
We beat the eggs and the yolks with the sugar.
We chop the chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie, along with the chopped butter. We remove it from the heat and mix with the eggs and the beaten sugar.
We divide the mixture into individual casseroles, bake them for about 15 minutes. We remove them and let them cool for a few minutes and pour a good drizzle of the sauce that we had previously prepared on top.
