Two-ingredient cookie recipe

First of all, to tell you that the cookies in today's recipe are not the ones that I would recommend to serve a coffee to some guests, no, these two-ingredient cookies are pastries intended for those who like to eat classic cookies with all their components But they cannot, either because of diet, intolerances or simply because they like to take care of themselves, but at the same time they do not want to give up the pleasure of accompanying their snack or breakfast with something rich and healthy, even if it is very simple.

Without sugar, eggs, milk or flour, it seems like magic that you can make cookies, but of course, and to prove it there are today's cookies. The base is only two healthy ingredients that can be accompanied by an optional third if you want to give them one more point of flavor or crispness.

Ingredients for a dozen cookies

  • 100 g oat flakes, 2 medium ripe bananas
  • Optional ingredient: 40g walnuts, raisins, or dried cranberries

How to make two-ingredient cookies

We will start by preheating the oven to 190 degrees with heat up and down and prepare two oven-safe trays lined with parchment paper or a silicone sheet.
