Ingredients for 2-3 people

  • 800g of pork ribs, 6 tablespoons of barbecue sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, oil, salt, pepper, thyme and oregano

How to barbecue ribs in five minutes

We start by chopping the ribs (or we ask them to be sliced ​​to the butcher) and we put them to brown in the express pot with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.

While the ribs are browning, prepare the sauce by mixing the barbecue sauce, honey and soy. Then, we add the sauce to the ribs, stirring well until they are impregnated.

Finally, we close the express cooker (selecting the option with the highest power if it exists) and let it cook for five minutes from the moment it begins to whistle. We let the steam out and serve hot with a little rosemary and thyme.
