Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
Yesterday some friends came to eat and what better when you do not have much time and there are many people who prepare a pasta dish accompanied by a rich tomato and mozzarella salad. In this case I made a recipe for spaghetti Bolognese, a really delicious dish to accompany the good times.
Ingredients for five people and a little more.
500 grams of dry or fresh spaghetti, 500 grams of minced meat, 40 grams of lard, 40 grams of olive oil, 20 grams of butter, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 3 carrots, 2 celery sticks, 1 sprig of parsley, 1 glass of dry white wine, 600 grams of natural crushed tomato, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
In a saucepan we poach the finely chopped vegetables with the lard, oil and butter. When the onion begins to become transparent, add the minced meat.
When there are no pink areas of meat, add with the white wine and when it has evaporated, add the tomato.
Season with salt and pepper and some aromatic herbs (oregano, basil, etc.). Cook for about half an hour and if necessary add a little hot water so that it does not thicken excessively.
Separate in water to the point of salt, cook the pasta according to the manufacturer or seller's instructions.
Processing time | 45 minutes
Difficulty | Easy
To finish the recipe for spaghetti Bolognese, we put some slices of Parmesan cheese on top to present the dish. And we serve more in a bowl so that our guests can serve themselves to taste.
An optional ingredient to add to the Bolognese is about 40 grams of dried mushrooms (boletus edulis) rehydrated before pouring the glass of white wine.
