Spaghetti recipe with capers, basil and truffle


We love simple pasta recipes at home and this time we have prepared a delicious recipe for spaghetti with capers, basil and truffle that, however simple it may be, is a real feast when it is brought to the table.

The intense flavor of tomato with basil and capers, flavored with grated truffle is spectacular and as the recipe is prepared in 10 minutes, it is an excellent solution to improvise a family lunch.

  • Ketchup 150 ml
  • Basil 10 leaves
  • Capers 20
  • Grated fresh black truffle to taste

How to make spaghetti with capers, basil and truffle

We start by cooking the pasta al dente, according to the manufacturer's instructions. While it is cooking, we are heating the fried tomato to which we add four chopped basil leaves to flavor the sauce.

Drain the pasta when it is ready, and in the same casserole, add the tomato sauce and capers, stirring for a minute so that the flavors of the sauce ingredients permeate the spaghetti well.

Add the capers and grate the truffle, adding both products to the saucepan. We give a couple of turns to mix everything evenly and serve the pasta recipe spreading it in a source.

We decorate the spaghetti dish with the rest of the basil leaves and put a fresh basil flower on the spaghetti while the family sits at the table to eat this very hot recipe.
