Fresh beans and ham recipe, a classic of Spanish gastronomy
We enter the season of fresh beans so we must take advantage of the good things that the garden gives us and bring them to the table. In this case, the recipe for fresh beans with ham is a classic in many houses, since it is easy to make and if the product is good, you don't need much more to show off at the table.
We really like to eat them with fried egg and incidentally I also add some homemade cured bacon that I bring from the slaughter. This set I assure you is totally delicious and if you can get a piece of bacon it is ideal, if not you can also serve a little smoked bacon.

- Serrano ham 25 g
- White wine 15 ml
- Bacon 25 g

We shelled the broad beans. Heat a little olive oil in a saucepan. We fry the finely chopped chives and when it is transparent we add the minced garlic clove. Once the set is colored, add the diced ham and bacon and let them cook for a couple of minutes.
We add the white wine, turn up the heat and let the alcohol evaporate. Add the beans and cover with a little water if necessary. We leave to cook over medium heat until they are tender, be careful to pass them because since they are fresh they are made immediately.
If we feel like we can fry an egg and serve it together, as I present it on this occasion. Garnish with a fried slice of ham and serve hot.
