Chickpea mini burgers recipe
From this weekend I have two things left over. On the one hand chickpeas from a stew and on the other hand some hamburger buns that I bought for one of the little one's dinners. So it occurred to me to make some mini chickpea burgers.
- Cooked chickpeas, for about 200 g we will use 1 clove of garlic, 1 chive and a little salt and pepper and other flavoring elements that we want. Also olive oil.
How to make mini chickpea burgers
The recipe is very simple. You just have to crush the cooked chickpeas together with the chives, garlic and the ingredients you want. Then we get a pasta.
If this paste is very light we will add some flour and if not we will form. We grill and serve between the loaves.
