Mojicones recipe with Thermomix: the best dough to accompany a rich chocolate

The mojicones are biscuits that, with their dense and juicy dough, are ideal to taste dipped in a dense chocolate. As you will see in the explanation of the recipe, I made them with Thermomix, but they are easily adaptable to make them with an electric mixer.

To do this, you just have to add the ingredients in the same order that I will indicate in the preparation and beat with the rods, that easy. I assure you that you will love them and from now on you will not want to prepare another recipe for your breakfasts and snacks. You will tell me.

How to make cairns

Difficulty: easy
  • Total time 40 m
  • Elaboration 10 m
  • Cooking 30 m

We start by grinding the lemon peel with the sugar at maximum speed progressively for a few seconds. Later, we lower with the spatula the remains that have been stuck to the walls.

Add the eggs, yogurt, oil and salt. Mix 1 min / speed 4. Add the flour with the yeast already mixed and program 1 min / speed 3. We finish stirring everything with the help of the spatula.

We distribute the dough in large muffin molds, up to 1/3 of its capacity. We put a little sugar on each one and bake in a preheated oven at 180º for about 30 minutes or until clicking with a toothpick it comes out clean.

With which to accompany the cairns

Without a doubt, the best way to accompany the cairns is with a good cup of chocolate, hot or cold, as we like, especially now that the good weather arrives, since the dough of these delicious cakes is the best to dip in liquid without crumbling the first time.
