This custard recipe is not exactly the same as the ones in the Thermomix basic recipe book. The ingredients and their quantities have been slightly changed to adjust to taste, however the process is identical in terms of time and temperature.

In the Thermomix glass we put the sugar, the eggs, the milk and the cornstarch. We can do without the latter, but then we will have to reduce the amount of milk and use only 600 grams so that it is not too liquid.

We program 8 minutes, 90º, speed 4. We divide the custard in six medium bowls and let it temper before sprinkling with ground cinnamon. We can serve them immediately or let them cool in the fridge until ready to eat.

With what to accompany the homemade custard with Thermomix

Homemade custard with Thermomix does not need any accompaniment, although, if you take it as a dessert, you may want to serve it with your after-dinner coffee. In many homes it is a tradition to place a cookie on top of the custard. They can be eaten warm (as I like them best) or fresh from the fridge. To taste.
