This custard recipe is not exactly the same as they come in the Thermomix Basic Recipe Book. The ingredients and their quantities have been slightly changed to adjust to taste, however the process is identical in terms of time and temperature.

In the glass of the Thermomix we put the sugar, the eggs, the milk and the cornstarch. Of the latter we can do without, but then we must reduce the amount of milk and use only 600 grams so that it is not too liquid.

We program 8 minutes, 90º, speed 4. We distribute the custard in six medium bowls and let it temper before sprinkling with ground cinnamon. We can serve them immediately or let cool in the fridge until consuming.

What to accompany homemade custard with Thermomix

The homemade custard with Thermomix does not need any accompaniment, although, if you take them as a dessert, you may want to serve them together with the coffee from the table. In many homes it is tradition to place a cookie on the custard. They can be taken warm (as I like best) or fresh from the fridge. To taste.
