Yogurt Bread Recipe
Baking bread has never been so easy. And if not try this yogurt bread. It is an ideal Indian recipe to accompany all kinds of dishes, curries, meats, etc. Although today we have used it to make a Moroccan recipe. Of course versioned with this Indian touch.
What would you highlight about this recipe? Mainly as I have said its simplicity, but if we stick to the preparation time it can be a candidate recipe to be repeated on more occasions, mainly to accompany other dishes.
Ingredients for 2/4 people
- 175 g of plain flour, 125 g of natural yogurt (if possible not sugary), between 1 and 3 tablespoons of warm water (depending on how much the flour absorbs) and 1 teaspoon of salt.
How to make yogurt bread
Put the flour and yogurt in a bowl and mix with a spoon. Add the tablespoons of warm water one by one and knead.
It is about getting a soft dough that comes off your hands. Add a tablespoon first and knead well. And if the second or a third is necessary. If it gets sticky, add a little flour.
Make 4 balls or 2, depending on the number of diners or the destination of the recipe. Crush them and fry them in plenty of hot olive oil for one minute on each side.
Take out, drain on absorbent paper and serve.
