Chicken marinated in vodka recipe
Recipe for chicken marinated in vodka or how to brighten up boring chicken breasts. This recipe is nothing more than that, trying to animate those ingredients that often become boring because we always eat them the same way.
In this case, it consists of a vodka marinade, a brandy within which there are quite neutral (it depends) to which I have added some flavorings and elements that give flavor to the composition. What we must take into account is mainly the marinating time, the longer the better, from 2 hours to 48 hours even marinating.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 half breasts, 8 radishes (better if they are spicy, 1 bunch of coriander, 2 garlic, salt, pepper, 200 ml of vodka and olive oil.
Preparation of the recipe for chicken marinated in vodka
First we salt and pepper the breasts and leave them in a tupper or container where we are going to marinate them.
In addition, in a glass we crush the marinade: vodka, radishes, coriander and garlic. We mix with the chicken and let it marinate, between 2 hours and 48 hours.
At the time of cooking, we drain it and grill it. I have added a little onion.
