Cream flan recipe with strawberry sauce. Dessert
This cream flan with strawberry sauce has half an egg flavor, half vanilla flavor, half a spicy flavor, I think that three means of the same thing do not do the math, but you understand me, this flan with yogurt has seemed like one of the more original, it is not too sweet and the acid touch of the strawberries suits it wonderfully.
Of course, if we don't have strawberries, we put strawberries, peaches, pear, apples or any other fruit that we have at home, as I always say, what we have to take into account is to change the name of the recipe and finish it with the chosen fruit. Jokes aside, enjoy it.
2 natural yogurts, 2 eggs, vanilla powder, 150 grams of sugar, 1 glass of milk, grated nutmeg, 200 grams of strawberries or strawberries.
Preparation of custard with strawberry sauce
We preheat the oven to 180º C
The yogurts are poured into the container that we then put in the Maria's bath, we add the well beaten eggs, a little vanilla and half the sugar.
We shake with the rods mixing it perfectly so that we have a cream. Add the milk and sprinkle a pinch of grated nutmeg on it.
We put it in the oven and let it cook until it is set, for about 60 minutes if we cook it in a single container or less if it is in individual containers. We keep in the fridge.
We prepare the strawberry sauce, chopping the strawberries we put them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and the rest of the sugar.
We are cooking over low heat for about 15 minutes, while we are stirring and breaking the strawberry pieces with the spatula. We keep in the fridge.

We will assemble the cream flan with strawberry sauce just before serving, we will have both the flan and the sauce in the fridge, and it will be at that moment when we unmold the cream flan and serve it accompanied by the strawberry sauce.
We can also serve it with any other fruit sauce or even with pieces of fresh and chopped fruits.
