We have been spending a few days of this Holy Week in Castilian-La Mancha lands and how could it be less, we have enjoyed a lot, the gastronomy, especially, the exquisite dishes of a glorious meal at the Las Viñas Restaurant in Yuncos (Toledo ). When we talk about food, there is no doubt that the best thing is to let our palate taste that burst of flavors that elaborate foods have become, but it is no less true that a well-prepared table, a pleasant atmosphere and above all , the presentation of the dishes, stimulate the rest of our senses achieving a perfect harmony.
