Potato rösti with free range egg. Recipe

It has been a long time since I prepared a potato rösti, in fact the last one was almost exclusively onion. This time I have prepared one with cheese, ham and fried free-range egg.

This preparation of the rösti is very simple and above all fast. We will need the microwave and a frying pan. It's that simple, and in a very short time we will have it finished.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 potatoes, 1 small onion, 50 g of grated cheese, 4 eggs, 4 slices of ham, olive oil, pepper and salt.

How to make potato rösti with free-range egg

Peel the potato and onion and grate them. We put them in a tupper with a little salt and pepper and put them in the microwave for 3 minutes. Then, while hot, add the cheese and mix.

In a frying pan with a little oil, brown the rösti. And we reserve it. We grill the ham and put on top of the rösti. And on the other hand we make the fried egg with a little salt and pepper.
